Ti wand mod

I finally cut the edge out of the Ti wand so I can get the glide off and on. Took about half an hour with a dremel tool (almost lost an eyeball). Exactly the right shape.

But, now I get water squirting out of the edge that was cut. What's the fix for this?

Dry stroke.

I've seen glide dog tags on the sides of the wands for that purpose.
