Sealer haze again!

One of my techs did a large tile job yesterday everything went really well until it dried

We used stone pro H2O sealer

He sprayed the grout lines and then mopped it the customer called and said that it looks like there’s a residue left on her tile he went back at the end of the day to try to correct it and was unable to

This happens to us once or twice a year and I’m always a little nervous on exactly how to fix it

I usually take a buffer with an assortment of pads and I try to use a degreaser or stripper

Any advice will be great or if someone has put in a system for when this happens

Also before the pig tells me I know the best way to prevent this is to do the job the right way

way past time to switch to Saigers Slop and Mop stuff

Your techs will love it and sell far more of it due to it's ease

I made a huge improvement
Water and a red pad

Then rinsed with tile wand

Then dry mopped


She was happy

I’ve never ordered from saiger yet and my mechanic carries their tile and grout cleaner so I support him

I have used them for years not many issues
I know if you don’t rinse well that can happen but I mix it conservatively and rinse well usually know issues

most powder based oxidizers are tricky to rinse, you wont see it on carpet or maybe matte tile, but gloss doesn't let it hide

dont think Tsunami has any oxidizer just high pH?
