Brace it up and bring some of that hillbilly heroin if it gets tough. Doc put me on tramacet for my back. I don't take it all the time but it helps when I get the pretzel going. I have a great chiropractor that can play my back like a piano. When you come home or can make some time and work on balance and core. Thgis guy used to be my physiotherapist and developed core training after watching some kids balancing on a legless coffee table on a rock. He eventually sold the system to Reebok. Now you know. He works with the Raptors at 20 million a year. So go core train and thank me later because YOU WILL feel better.
