She called wanting the number, license number, ins. carrier.
I think someone got to her or something.

I was asked once but she didnt care to see proof. She was told by her last carpet cleaner who moved to make sure she used a certified cleaner, not because of advertising by IICRC.

Custy. got a cleaning and care reminder in the mail from the manufacture I believe, was a LOOOng time ago.

They wanted IICRC #, and had me sign a letter stating all the products I would be using were gonna be under 9.9 ph.

No problem.

They don't want to see proof if you can sound professional. I always tell them I'm certisfied in their protectification. Tends to set them at ease.
