How many times does a average tile floor get cleaned by the homeowner before calling us in?

These poor tiles are getting nailed every 3 days with sodium metasilicate and sodium percarbonate to try and duplicate what the average homeowner can do over many years..

I get anywhere from 5-10 years. I have not received a call where someone would have it done annually or bi-annual.
