chemspec 860 restore help (hose lp/hp routing)

hello everyone I believe i have a chemspec 860 older model, got it running vac unit and pressure washer work great with temp hookups to test everything but now its time to get this to a functional unit and restore it

so issue is this unit has no lines connected and manual I got for it doesnt show hose routing

Good luck. Hose routing with the chemical metering system and the pressure regulator is weird to me. Dwain-o would enjoy a project like this.

I would start the plumbing hoses at the water box and in order go to the water pump, heat exchangers, pressure regulator, the y-strainer valve forked off to the pressure regulator and back to water box.

Prime the water in your water pump, crank the machine, turn on the water pump and see where the water goes to create a cycle of water from the water box back to the water box to be certain that water flows the path of least resistance when you’re not pulling the trigger on the wand and it doesn’t sit in the heat exchanger. Make certain you have an orifice disc connected to the y strainer with a size hole of .2-.39 in that range.

That’s all we can really say without putting a wrench on it
