spent an hour with a customer and a loss adjuster yesterday trying to explain to the customer the pooling/shadowing is not a defect or water damage (place had been flooded and with all furniture out it was more obvious)

the loss adjuster knew what it was but customer isn't convinced.. the adjusters problem, call me gone!

I have a 12" square mirror tile that really helps people understand this.

A "dark" area looks light in the reflection, and vice-versa.

now it looks soo much better.. not



regular wealthy customer who loves her gross dog, would look better with a strong reducer left on it but I'm not coming back to rinse it again.. so just peroxide and see you in 6 months
