I'm now an O/O :errf:

My employee got a part-time job as a forklift operator for a food distribution company just before the shutdown.
They just promoted him to management because he was good at customer service.
He thanked me for training him so well and turning him into an adult.
I'm very happy for him-- and said he can come back anytime.
does that mean no more trips to visit the wife?

Ill still take my trips, but maybe 1 less per year-- but 2- 3 less this year.

This Work isn't brainless and im at risk evertime i hire a newbie. And good help is hard to find.
Im just not willing to take the risks.

Being a former 3%er, i hope i can be content financially being with you common folk :dejection:

Just got confirmation on a $3k job this weekend. I’m getting sore just thinking about it.
I know the feeling. We just booked a 14,800 sqft porty job for Friday evening/Saturday.....
Bring on the buckets....

I was thinking of having chickens in my backyard here in CA. But its too small. I like the idea of growing your own food. We have a few vegetable plants.

Saaaaweeet

Just closed a 15k sq ft floor. Grouting it in then sealing with two coats epoxy and coat of urethane

Have already cleaned the floor 5 times and sealed it due to cat3 loss

The grout and epoxy were a change order

Had a cancellation yesterday. High end condo building. Was supposed to do all the hallways but someone on the council decided they didn't want any strangers in the building.

I have for the last 5 years, twice a year. They are just finishing renovations, and want HWE this time.
Who am I to argue....
Besides, it’s @ .30 cents a SQFT, and I do VLM for them @ .24......
That's only about 60-70 buckets. Get some good quality 1/2 inch hose and put a ball valve on one end. Use that to fill and use the auto pump out.
